Zero Tolerance for Network Abuse.
Immediate Termination
Violation of this AUP will result in immediate null-routing of your prefixes and termination of account without refund.
1. Prohibited Network Activities
BGP Hijacking
Unauthorized announcement of prefixes not allocated to you.
IP Spoofing
Forging source IP addresses to launch amplification attacks.
Route Leaks
Accidental or intentional leaking of private routing tables to the global internet.
Scanning/Probing
Unauthorized port scanning or vulnerability probing of third-party networks.
2. Email & Messaging
We maintain a pristine reputation with Spamhaus, Barracuda, and major ISPs. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Sending Unsolicited Commercial Email (Spam).
- Hosting "Snowshoe" spam infrastructure.
- Operating open mail relays.
Note: Any listing on Spamhaus SBL/ROKSO related to our IPs will trigger an immediate suspension.
3. Illegal Content
Transmission, distribution, or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization.
4. Reporting Abuse
We maintain a 24/7 abuse desk. Complaints should be sent with full headers and logs.
