Terms of Service

This Master Services Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of NETNOUNCE infrastructure services. By provisioning resources via our API or Portal, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We guarantee 99.9% network availability for all routable IP products.

SLA credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from downtime calculations.
2. IP Address Ownership
NETNOUNCE retains all ownership rights to the IP addresses provided. Services constitute a lease, not a sale. You acquire no property rights in the IP addresses.
Upon termination of service, you must immediately cease announcing our prefixes. We reserve the right to revoke ROAs and publish RPKI Invalid states to enforce this.
3. Payments & Billing
- Prepaid: Hosted IPs and smaller allocations are billed monthly in advance.
- Postpaid: Enterprise contracts /20 and larger are invoiced Net-30.
- Late Fees: 1.5% per month on overdue balances.
4. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NETNOUNCE against any claims arising from your use of the IP addresses, including but not limited to copyright infringement, spamhaus listings, or illegal content hosting.
